Preparing and shipping are two different processes. Each has its own term. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days.
The shipping time might increase due to high work load on Post Offices during holiday season.

We don't accept returns or exchanges due to 100% handmade and usually customized. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.
