Where can I track my order?

Once your order has left our FunstaCraft Studio, you will receive an email unique tracking number, so you can check the current status of the shipment.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Allow 1-3 business days for order to prepare.
Shipping times will be based on the shipping method you select at checkout.

>> Preparing and shipping are two different processes. Each has its own term. Please NOTE that we prepare and ship orders on business days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days.

Do you offer Express shipping?

Yes, UPS express shipping method available during the check out.

Can I add additional items to my order once it has been placed?

Please feel free to place a next order for the additional items. If your original order is not shipped before your second order is placed, most of time, we can combine the orders to ship together.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Our prices DO NOT include VAT, GST, or other country taxes.

For customers who are required to pay customs, you will receive an email from your postal service or local customs authorities asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Once you make that payment to the customs broker your order will be processed for final delivery. 
Unfortunately, we have no influence over this as it is your country's laws. So you have to take it into account when making an order.

Can I get custom and/or personalized orders?

• We accept Custom Orders with a new design at least 1-1,5 month before the party and 3 weeks for color changes of our Standard decorations. Provide us with a date of a party.
• We don’t work with cartoons, books, movie and registered trademark themes decor
• All custom orders must be paid in full before we start - send you a picture of paper color swatches, mock up and making the decorations
• Usually the additional fee for customization charge
• Custom or personalized items can't be returned or exchanged

What if my items are damaged or something is missing in the order?

We're here to help!
Please make a photo unpacking of your parcels (box, packaging, filling).
If suddenly your parcel is damaged during delivery, or you received the wrong product or something disappeared from the parcel - just send us your photos and we will solve this situation.
Please email us at and we’ll take care of you.

Can I cancel the order?

Please contact us ASAP! If your order has not been crafted or/and shipped, we can cancel it.

Can I return the decorations?

We hope you absolutely love every single product we send you. But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.
We accept returns and exchanges on items within 14 days after you received the package. 
To initiate a return, please contact us at We will send you all return details if the request is approved. You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected the decorations, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note the following points of our return policy:

  • Item(s) must be unused and unopened
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was received in
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping costs for the items that were sent in exchange
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made or clearance items
  • If we made a wrong personalization on your order, we'll happily send you a replacement of the personalized item. We do not replace items that were incorrectly made because we got a wrong text from you. 
If my package says delivered but I do not received it?
  • Check with neighbors to see if the package was left with them either on purpose or by accident
  • Check with family members – sometimes someone else in the household will pick up the package and put it somewhere out of plain sight
  • Ask the delivery postal worker if you catch them where he/she left the package
  • (The most effective tip) call your local post office to see if it is sitting there. If not, ask them if they can check their delivery GPS to find out exactly where it was
