Shipping

We are great craft brand. Located in Ukraine.

  • Allow 1-3 BUSINESS days for order to prepare. 
    Preparing and shipping are two different processes. Each has its own term. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days
  • The shipping time might increase due to high work load on Post Offices during holiday season.
    Placing an order well in advance to your upcoming event date!
  • Please double check your spelling on order details as we're not responsible for mistakes on order details supplied by the buyer such as spelling errors
  • Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.
  • Our prices DO NOT include VAT, GST, or other country taxes. For customers who are required to pay customs, you will receive an email from your postal service or local customs authorities asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Once you make that payment to the customs broker your order will be processed for final delivery. 
    Unfortunately, we have no influence over this as it is your country's laws. So you have to take it into account when making an order
  • The shipping price depends on the weight of the package. You may check it during the checkout

Returns

We hope you absolutely love every single product we send you. But sometimes life happens and plans change, we get it.
We accept returns and exchanges on items within 14 days after you received the package. 
To initiate a return, please contact us at funstadesign@gmail.com. We will send you all return details if the request is approved. You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected the decorations, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note the following points of our return policy:

  • Item(s) must be unused and unopened
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was received in
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping costs for the items that were sent in exchange
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made or clearance items
  • If we made a wrong personalization on your order, we'll happily send you a replacement of the personalized item. We do not replace items that were incorrectly made because we got a wrong text from you.
