Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-2 business days. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Preparing and shipping are two different processes. Each has its own term. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. 

Customs and import taxes 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
